Pump, Gear & Motor assembly is a large CAD assembly (9MB).

The pump has internal elements which consist of the impellers, diffusers, shaft, bearings etc. The couplings and coupling guards are buyouts along with Motor and gear. The piping assembly consists of the Lube oile supply and return. The base assembly is a weldment with multiple components CAD size (1MB).

Pump Special has all internal elements with integral seal flush piping.

PC board assembly consists of the housing (Sheet metal) , the board and its elements.

Total Design Hours: 16h to 18h

Miniature Pump assembly consist of The housing which is a CAST piece and machined gear and fittings.

Total Design Hours: 20h to 24h

Control Pannel assembly.

Total Design Hours: 40h

FEA analysis with Web Report , and AVI animation.
